To support our sustainability commitment,
we only ship our coffee in packs of multiple

This minimises packaging waste, reduces
the environmental impact of shipping,
and ensures that our coffee, freshly roasted
to order in Nairobi, arrives at your door, all
while upholding our B Corp responsibilities.

Description

Our handmade wooden coffee scoops are crafted with care and precision by Christopher and Makau, talented artisans from Kibera. Starting their journey as sanders, they have honed their skills over the years to become master woodcarvers.

Each scoop is one-of-a-kind, taking up to two hours to carve from olive wood sourced in Narok County. The wood is responsibly harvested from olive trees that have naturally fallen or are sustainably managed.

Use & Care

USE:
- Each scoop captures approximately 7g of coarse ground coffee.
- Use two scoops (14g) per cup of coffee.
- A typical 500ml French Press/Plunger requires four scoops (28g) to make two cups of coffee.

CARE:
- After every use, wipe down with a soft, dry cloth.
- Once a week, wash with water and dry immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
- As required, apply a spot of coconut oil to help it last forever!
