At Spring Valley Coffee, we are passionate about sourcing our coffee and fanatical about roasting in small batches.
Coffee is a natural, perishable product, grown, sourced & roasted in Kenya.
While we take great care to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in excellent condition, sometimes things happen.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, or you are simply unhappy with the coffee, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and we will see what we can do; pictures help!
If the coffee you received isn't to your liking, we are here to help and are happy to assist you in exploring other options that better match your taste preferences for next time.
