Shipping policy

At Spring Valley Coffee, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch: Our coffee is roasted in Kenya and shipped to London weekly. We dispatch online orders every Monday from our café in Islington.

Delivery: Orders are delivered across the UK via Royal Mail, typically within 3–4 business days of dispatch.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard UK delivery: £5

• Free UK delivery on orders over £50

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number.
