Our coffee is shipped directly from source in Kenya to you, and we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed roasting it.  Sometimes, things go wrong - so if you aren't completely happy with your coffee for any reason, send us an email on  coffee@springvalleycoffee.com and we will make it right.
