The farmers adhere to a tradition of picking coffee cherries only in the morning, a practice that contributes to the exceptional uniqueness of this coffee.

Our carefully crafted roast profile brings out a vibrant citrus acidity and a smooth finish. As the coffee cools, the flavours of vanilla, blackcurrant, and molasses become more pronounced, leaving you with a balanced and satisfying body.
